Residential Developments

In 1995, the Crescent Mill Village in Belmont became the Adams Bluff subdivision with 161 single family homes

By 2007, the former Imperial Mill Village in downtown Belmont became the Hawthorne neighborhood of 26 townhomes and 73 single-family houses

Lots became available in McAdenville Village in 2005. The 50-home mill village now has 134 homes sold with a potential of adding 43 more to the area

Hotel Investments

In 1969, William J. Pharr seized the opportunity of investing in a hotel property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Today, Belmont Land and its affiliates own 8 hotel properties along the East Coast. Each of these properties has been selected by strict criteria and represent strong long-term growth opportunities.
